Ubytovatel je provozovatelem Vila Prag na adrese Praha, Hlubo\u010depy, Pod Habrovou 490\/8, PS\u010c 15200.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hotelem<\/strong> se rozum\u00ed ubytovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u2013 Vila Prag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hostem nebo Ubytovan\u00fdm<\/strong> se rozum\u00ed fyzick\u00e1 nebo pr\u00e1vnick\u00e1 osoba, se kterou uzav\u0159e Ubytovatel smlouvu o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doprov\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed osobou<\/strong> se rozum\u00ed fyzick\u00e1 osoba, jej\u00edm\u017e z\u00e1m\u011brem je b\u00fdt v Hotelu ubytov\u00e1na s t\u00edm, \u017ee smlouva o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed bude uzav\u0159ena mezi Ubytovatelem a Hostem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prostory vyhrazen\u00e9 k ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> jsou v\u00fdhradn\u011b pokoj v Hotelu, kter\u00fd byl Ubytovatelem Hostu poskytnut k u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Smluvn\u00edmi stranami<\/strong> se rozum\u00ed Ubytovatel a Host.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section-title\">\u00davodn\u00ed ustanoven\u00ed<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Tyto Podm\u00ednky upravuj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ubytovac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Hotelu, jako\u017e i slu\u017eeb s ubytov\u00e1n\u00edm v Hotelu souvisej\u00edc\u00edch.<\/li>\n<li>Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed, individu\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky nejsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bchto Podm\u00ednek, n\u00fdbr\u017e podl\u00e9haj\u00ed samostatn\u00e9mu ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi Ubytovatelem, Hostem \u010di t\u0159et\u00edmi stranami.<\/li>\n<li>Ubytovac\u00ed slu\u017eby Hotelu \u010di slu\u017eby s ubytov\u00e1n\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 Host a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b t\u00e9\u017e Doprov\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed osoba, \u010di osoby.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"section-title\">Uzav\u0159en\u00ed smlouvy o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Host je opr\u00e1vn\u011bn poptat ubytovac\u00ed \u010di jin\u00e9 slu\u017eby poskytovan\u00e9 Ubytovatelem osobn\u011b, telefonicky, prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm e-mailu \u010di v jin\u00e9 \u00fastn\u00ed \u010di p\u00edsemn\u00e9 form\u011b, prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm on-line rezerva\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu Ubytovatele um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9ho na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.secure-hotel-booking.com\/smart\/Vila-Prag\/JSL4\/cs\/\">https:\/\/www.secure-hotel-booking.com\/smart\/Vila-Prag\/JSL4\/cs\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Smlouva uzav\u0159en\u00e1 za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti smluvn\u00edch stran: V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osobn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed je smlouva uzav\u0159ena bezodkladnou akceptac\u00ed nab\u00eddky ze strany Hosta.<\/li>\n<li>Smlouva uzav\u0159en\u00e1 v nep\u0159\u00edtomnosti smluvn\u00edch stran: Ubytovatel za\u0161le Hostovi nab\u00eddku, kter\u00e1 je n\u00e1vrhem na uzav\u0159en\u00ed smlouvy. Nab\u00eddka mus\u00ed obsahovat z\u00e1vazek, dobu a v\u00fd\u0161i \u00faplaty. Pokud nen\u00ed p\u0159ijata v uveden\u00e9 lh\u016ft\u011b (standardn\u011b 3 pracovn\u00ed dny), zanik\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li>Smlouva uzav\u0159en\u00e1 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm smluvn\u00edch partner\u016f: Host se zavazuje dodr\u017eovat tyto Podm\u00ednky a p\u0159edpisy Hotelu. P\u0159i n\u00e1stupu se prokazuje voucherem nebo poukazem od partnera.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"section-title\">\u00daplata za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e \u00faplaty za slu\u017eby je uvedena v on-line rezerva\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu Ubytovatele a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jednostrann\u011b upravena. Kone\u010dn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e je stanovena v Nab\u00eddce p\u0159ijat\u00e9 Hostem.<\/li>\n<li>Host m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na slu\u017eby za cenu z Nab\u00eddky v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jej\u00ed v\u010dasn\u00e9 akceptace. \u00daplata je tvo\u0159ena \u010d\u00e1stkou za slu\u017eby, DPH a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdmi poplatky.<\/li>\n<li>Ubytovatel m\u016f\u017ee po\u017eadovat z\u00e1lohu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 100 % p\u0159i rezervaci. Pokud z\u00e1loha nen\u00ed uhrazena, m\u016f\u017ee od smlouvy odstoupit.<\/li>\n<li>\u00daplata je hrazena v CZK nebo EUR, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jin\u00e9 m\u011bn\u011b dle dohody a aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho kurzu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"section-title\">Storno podm\u00ednky<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Odstoupen\u00ed Hostem znamen\u00e1 povinnost zaplatit smluvn\u00ed pokutu ve v\u00fd\u0161i z\u00e1lohy. Pokud Host nedoraz\u00ed, plat\u00ed tot\u00e9\u017e.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"section-title\">Slu\u017eby s ubytov\u00e1n\u00edm spojen\u00e9<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Host m\u016f\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edvat baz\u00e9n, biliard, d\u011btsk\u00e9 atrakce, techniku, ohni\u0161t\u011b, v\u00ed\u0159ivku, saunu a relaxa\u010dn\u00ed m\u00edstnosti. Ceny jsou v rezerva\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu.<\/li>\n<li>Ceny za tyto slu\u017eby nejsou zahrnuty v \u00daplat\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"section-title\">Pr\u00e1va a povinnosti smluvn\u00edch stran<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Ubytovatel poskytuje ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed na sjednanou dobu za \u00daplatu, p\u0159ed\u00e1 prostor ve zp\u016fsobil\u00e9m stavu a zajist\u00ed neru\u0161en\u00fd v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1v.<\/li>\n<li>Host je povinen zaplatit \u00daplatu, u\u017e\u00edvat prostor \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b, respektovat ostatn\u00ed hosty, dodr\u017eovat no\u010dn\u00ed klid, chr\u00e1nit vybaven\u00ed, nahl\u00e1sit \u0161kody, a dodr\u017eovat z\u00e1kaz kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Host odpov\u00edd\u00e1 za \u0161kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 sv\u00fdm jedn\u00e1n\u00edm \u010di osobami jemu sv\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi.<\/li>\n<li>Host m\u016f\u017ee vn\u00e1\u0161et zv\u00ed\u0159ata za poplatek.<\/li>\n<li>Poru\u0161en\u00ed povinnost\u00ed oprav\u0148uje Ubytovatele odstoupit od smlouvy a ponechat si \u00daplatu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"section-title\">Reklamace a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed moc<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Host m\u016f\u017ee reklamovat kvalitu ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed\/slu\u017eeb. Ubytovatel je povinen reklamaci \u0159e\u0161it bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu.<\/li>\n<li>Za vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed moc se pova\u017euj\u00ed ud\u00e1losti mimo kontrolu stran (nap\u0159. v\u00e1lka, epidemie, \u017eiveln\u00ed pohromy). Pokud dojde k uzav\u0159en\u00ed hotelu, Host obdr\u017e\u00ed poukaz na \u010d\u00e1stku uhrazen\u00e9 \u00faplaty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"section-title\">Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 ustanoven\u00ed<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Rozhodn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo: vztahy se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed \u010desk\u00fdm pr\u00e1vem, p\u0159ednost maj\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00ed ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed spor\u016f: Host je informov\u00e1n o mo\u017enosti mimosoudn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed spor\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm \u010cOI (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.coi.cz\">www.coi.cz<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Forma p\u00edsemnost\u00ed: Ozn\u00e1men\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v p\u00edsemn\u00e9 form\u011b, lze pou\u017e\u00edt i e-mail.<\/li>\n<li>Infla\u010dn\u00ed dolo\u017eka: Ubytovatel m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it \u00faplatu o m\u00edru inflace dle \u010cS\u00da.<\/li>\n<li>Zm\u011bny podm\u00ednek: Ubytovatel m\u016f\u017ee jednostrann\u011b zm\u011bnit podm\u00ednky, nov\u00e1 verze je na <a href=\"https:\/\/vilaprag.cz\/\">https:\/\/vilaprag.cz\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Odd\u011blitelnost: Neplatnost jedn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti neovlivn\u00ed platnost ostatn\u00edch.<\/li>\n<li>Platnost a \u00fa\u010dinnost: Podm\u00ednky plat\u00ed od 1. 11. 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!-- PROVOZN\u00cd \u0158\u00c1D --><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">Provozn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d ubytovac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/h2>\n<div class=\"highlight\" style=\"text-align: center\">Tento provozn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d je zpracov\u00e1n v souladu se z\u00e1konem \u010d. 258\/2000 Sb., o ochran\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed, a stanovuje z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidla provozu, hygieny a bezpe\u010dnosti v ubytovac\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/div>\n<div class=\"provozni-rad-section\"><strong>1. Pravidla ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\nHost se p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edjezdu hl\u00e1s\u00ed telefonicky spr\u00e1vci.<br \/>\nUbytov\u00e1n\u00ed je poskytov\u00e1no na z\u00e1klad\u011b smlouvy o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed, pop\u0159. objedn\u00e1no online.<br \/>\nHost od spr\u00e1vce obdr\u017e\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010d od objektu, je povinen p\u0159edej\u00edt jeho ztr\u00e1t\u011b nebo po\u0161kozen\u00ed.<br \/>\nHost je povinen uhradit cenu za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed dle platn\u00e9ho cen\u00edku (p\u0159edem).<\/div>\n<div class=\"provozni-rad-section\"><strong>12. Povinnosti hosta<\/strong><br \/>\nSezn\u00e1mit se a dodr\u017eovat provozn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d.<br \/>\nU\u017e\u00edvat prostory ur\u010den\u00e9 k ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b, udr\u017eovat po\u0159\u00e1dek a \u010distotu.<br \/>\nChr\u00e1n\u00ed vybaven\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm, \u0161kodu neprodlen\u011b hl\u00e1s\u00ed spr\u00e1vci.<br \/>\nV dob\u011b od 22:00 do 6:00 dodr\u017eovat no\u010dn\u00ed klid.<br \/>\nP\u0159i odchodu z objektu uzav\u0159\u00edt vodovodn\u00ed uz\u00e1v\u011bry, zhasnout sv\u011btla, vypnout spot\u0159ebi\u010de a uzav\u0159\u00edt okna.<br \/>\nP\u0159i odjezdu odevzdat kl\u00ed\u010de spr\u00e1vci.<\/div>\n<div class=\"provozni-rad-section\"><strong>13. Z\u00e1sady prevence infek\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\nP\u0159i v\u00fdskytu hore\u010dnat\u00e9ho nebo pr\u016fjmov\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed host neprodlen\u011b informuje spr\u00e1vce.<br \/>\nV p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hromadn\u00e9ho v\u00fdskytu (3 a v\u00edce p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f) za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed informuje hygienickou stanici.<\/div>\n<div class=\"provozni-rad-section\"><strong>14.
